Bradford Exchange Checks Reviews

Beware when ordering your checks through Bradford and make sure you have never ordered from them before and double check your credit card statement.
They claim I had ordered checks from them before and wasn't eligible for the online price. They don't give you any notice till after your order is completed and just rebill your credit card without notification. Of course they claim no refunds and the price is more than what the bank charges. Seems like a bait and switch. Buyer beware!!

Longtime customer of this companter. I ordered new checks from this company recently. The checks were great. Unfortunately, Bradford Exchange started charging me $14.95/month for something called Bradford Exchange Rewards program. I did not sign up for this program. I called Bradford Exchange and my credit card company to dispute the charges. I will not be doing business with this company again.

Bradford sent me checks with numbers that were not useful. They told me that it was my fault and that they would do nothing to fix the issue

Would not correct their error. -- They sent me checks with an incorrect routing number. I was told they could not correct their error because I ordered online (vs by phone). Ridiculous. Do not order from them.
*Update- One week later, I was contacted by a manager, who said they reordered the checks for me, at no cost to the customer. Today I received the checks and they are corrected. Thank you Bradford Exchange!

Bradford check exchange is a rip off. They made a mistake on my account number and now would not replace them. Purposely do this to make you reorder and pay for another whole order. I can't use the checks. I'm out of 50 bucks please do not feed in to their bull. DO NOT USE THEM

I was charged $20 for shipping and was told it would be free,I clicked on the $9:95 shipping so that would have been ok,there will be no shopping from this family in the future my order # is 940011402832

Been using Bradford Checks for years. They are good, but you have to watch out for the hidden up-charges when you order. Today I ordered checks and by mistake, I clicked on an offer that would bill my credit card $14.95 per month for the rest of my life! I had to call to get it cancelled. Very sleazy.

Ordered checks from Bradford Exchange Checks. Very happy with the design that I got. Started using the checks, when things started going wrong. Checked in with my bank and unfortunately there was a number missing with my account Number , Checks were returned to my bank, and the checks I had wrote I was charged late fees and interest fees. Not a Happy camper. I now have 9 books of useless checks , Ended up ordering checks straight from the bank. and I'm out over $100.00 will not be ordering from Bradford again

I have used Bradford checks for years to order my checking supplies and i have never had any issues until this last time. the ordering went well and I received my order in a timely manner, but now i'm getting a monthly charge of 14.95 a month for something i never signed up for.

Beware! There is a big question mark as to if this company is real. My experience with this company is as entails: they take your money, checking info and address but don't send out their product. There is no tracking number even after I payed extra for tracking insurance that grantees a tracking number. It was supposed to arrive in two weeks after ordering. To this day I still haven't received my checks. Plus for two and half months of me regularly emailing the customer support after I had originally placed my order I finally received a response stating somehow there was a "error" of some sort that occurred so they couldn't complete the order and if I want the checks I would have to order them again. I payed 45$ for the first order which was instantly charged on my credit card (which I still haven't received a refund for even 6 months later as I write this now) I'm not doing that again to be charged twice. There should be no error in my checks because I snapshotted my checkbook so their team can enter the numbers (which was a recommended option to avoid error in printing as stated by their website). Don't order from them! All the other bad reviews from the better business bureau and other reputable sites are unfortunately true (which I didn't see until after I placed my order). I had hoped I would have a different outcome but it pains me to realize my experience was the same as others who have had a bad outcome. Buyer be ware! Do your research before you order from anywhere!
